Is there a priority for providing support and answers to questions?


Our intention is to be able to answer all your questions in a sensible amount of time. I’m going to trial the following priority list for answering support questions:

  • vip-support – will make sure I answer these questions ASAP, I’ll first check this channel as soon as I connect.
  • Lastly I’ll review other Patreon and public channels whenever it’s possible for me.


If you are a Patreon member make sure you use the support channels you have access to to guarantee the best response times.
