If you acquired a membership via Patreon, in order to access all the paid content and your tier allowances the first step is to connect Patreon with the TTP website TheTradingParrot.com
Steps to connect Patreon with TTP website
- Log in on Patreon using the Patreon account that owns the membership
- Open the TTP website login page and click on the “Log in with Patreon” button.
IMPORTANT: If in the step 2 Patreon invites you to login then make sure that you actually use the same email account that purchased the Patreon membership and not a different email. The number one mistake that causes users to not see their benefits in the TTP website after purchasing a Patreon membership is caused by the user using a different Patreon email than the one that was used to actually buy the membership. Please double check this and if you are 100% you followed the 2 steps above properly and it still doesn’t work, then contact our support via our Discord server.
Troubleshooting
You can confirm the status of your account using self-service.
If you see an error similar to the one below then most likely you used one email to purchase a Patreon subscription and a separated one to log into TTP website.
Please logout from TTP website and Patreon and repeat the 2 steps above from scratch to resolve it before continuing!
