Some notes on the new DSC:
- PSAR fires very often it comes with loads of false positives so focus on trend and volume confirmation.
- Teddy is designed to catch tops and bottoms. You will notice that if you use trend filters you will end up filtering out all its signals. This because it will only fire buys in a heavy downtrend and sell signals in a heavy pump.
- Teddy 2 uses the original but waits for a bearish divergence confirmation. In some cases it will catch a better entry in some cases it won’t fire when Teddy triggers at the actual top/bottom.
